Voting Rights for Non-US citizens in 2004 US Presidential Elections

In recent years, particularly since the tragic events of September the 11th 2001, the United States have taken it upon themselves to follow a foreign policy without the sanction of the global community. The actions taken, especially in Iraq, are likely to have repercussions that affect any person on the planet. It is only right, therefore, that anyone ought to be allowed to vote for the person ultimately responsible for the policy; the President of the United States of America. Now you can express your views in a website namely www.voteinusa.com. Hope you may find this interesting!!

In the REQUEST BALLOT section we are pushing forward the idea that every UN citizen must be allowed to vote in US presidential Election as the consequences of US actions affects all people in the world. Here we create an automatic ballot request form using the details provided by the user ( Also filling in some details by ourselves) and forwarding it to the American Authorities. Sincerely we don’t believe that they will accept the ballot requests, but still we feel that this is a way to express the sentiments of the people all over the world as everyone is at the receiving end of the mistaken policies of bush and his men.
The threat of terrorism actually gained strength because of the US actions rather than weakening it. Bush’s actions gave the most important boost to terrorism than any other cause. Even Bin Laden must not have imagined in his dare dreams about the rise of terrorism in this way. The Iraq war is really a shot in the arm for terrorism. So we feel that we must do something to spread this awareness among people. Also we must try to make Americans aware of the reason, why they are hated among other parts of the world now. The misdeeds of a single person caused the growing hostility towards Americans, among people all over the world. So this website is a humble effort from our part to spread this message and give a platform for all persons to express their choice in the US presidential Elections 2004.

It's true that there are no elections in Saudi, Kuwait, and other Middle Eastern oil producing countries. Yet the US has supported the brutal dictatorships there for decades, sells them weapons, invites them to the White House, etc.
I wonder if there's some sort of connection?
In fact, the only dictatorships the US doesn't support are the ones that don't take orders from Washington, or in the case of Iraq, stopped taking orders from Washington.
