Police Presence At ESF Accommodation

Between 9am and 10am there has been a build up of police presence outside a building being used to accomodate people who are attending the ESF and Autonomous Spaces.
Currently at around 11am there are reports that the situation is calm. There are around four or five van loads of police present at the building. There are many people inside the building. A report from people inside the building said that people feel the police are there just to put pressure and intimidate people. However, they cannot legally enter the building.
