Paul Bigley the brother of executed hostage Ken Bigley has strongly condemned the anti-war movements call to pull all troops out of Iraq. While also condemning Tony Blair for doing nothing at all to secure his brother's release, he insisted the terrorists who executed his brother and other westerners must be defeated.

In an article in the News of The World, Ken Bigley strongly condemned Tony Blair first saying, he could of at least contacted the kidnappers of his brother and tried to arange a compromise deal, such as the release of just one the women prisoners the terrorists wanted released or even a reduction in their sentences. He then went on to say the war to defeat the terrorists must be carried through to the end and said the anti-war movements call to immediatly bring home all troops would be giving in to terrorism and would be a betrayel of the Iraqi people who the west had vowed to help and help rebuild their country.

He also stated that his brother had gone to Iraq to help the Iraqi people rebuild their country and that the terrorists who killed his brother were both utterly evil and cowards who picked on westerners who were only in Iraq to help the Iraqi people. He said the terrorists and insurgents must be defeat to ensure that justice is done as these people who are kidnapping westerners and trying to create civil war in Iraq are a grave danger to both the Iraqi people and the rest of the world.
