Good to see GR are still on board (and T+G?).

Not sure about the title of this article though - not meaning to be pedantic, but it's not *just* GR and T+G's demo - it's EVERYONE'S demo! At least you could have written "ESF demo" or something.

Anyway... good stuff :-)

pedantry...

it's not about being trying to be exclusive, of course everyone is welcome on the demo, but it is GR and the T+G that have organised it, paid for the publicity, held meetings to build it, and are currently consulting with the cleaners as to what they want to do about the injunction because both GR and the T+G were served with the injunction....

so I think we can safely say it is a GR/T+G demo thank you very much!

Hang on a mo, when that GR guy called it an ESF demo everyone went mad and accused him of being Stalin! Strange how things work on here...

Seriously, hope the demo goes ahead and kicks ass!

;-)

GReat stuff GR!

Can I come on your demo if I wear my big baggy orange boxers? Or I can attach them to a stick to make a fuckin scarey flag. No really, I would if I was in town.

Cheers to a big turnout, and that, for your sakes, Riot Cops throw a collective sicky that day.

Comradely GReetings.

you think chris nineham will risk getting arrested as an organiser of an illgal demonstration?

Don't make me fucking laugh. Course he won't. You will meet at the train station walk to the line that you are not allowed to cross, not cross it then go home.

BRILLIANT!!!

DEFEND THE RIGHT TO PROTEST

DEFEND THE RIGHT TO PROTEST

Globalise Resistance is calling a protest at Marsh Wall (corner of Mastmaker Road E14) to Defend Freedom of Speech and the Right to March. This will take place at 4.30pm Friday 15 October. There is access from Canary Wharf tube station via the footbridge south of Water Garden West.

We hope you can make this protest, despite the short notice.

If you are at the ESF in central London, you can meet at Euston station at 3pm, to travel to protest with other activists.

(This is due to the cancellation of the T&G Walk on the Wharf demonstration.)
