Indymedia servers hosted at Rackspace UK have been seized. It appears that the FBI in the USA made a request to the Home Office under a Multi-Lateral Assistance Treaty (MLAT). Indymedia have not been given any reason for the seizure of their servers, do not know who has them or if they will be returned.
