'Help Is On The Way'

'Help Is On The Way' - Kerry campaign slogan AND a classic Vietnam-era anthem by the band Bloodrock.

I visited the John Kerry site right after the 2nd debate and noticed the photo caption - 'Help Is On The Way.' Apparently, this phrase is a real campaign staple for Kerry.

Old timers, like myself, might remember this phrase as the great post-Vietnam era anthem by BLOODROCK. With songs such as 'Thank You Daniel Ellsberg' (on the same album as 'Help Is On The Way'), Bloodrock showed themselves as true leaders of progressive youth back in the day.

The songwriters of 'Help Is On The Way,' ardent foes of Bush, would like to remind anyone who might lend an ear - Help Is On The Way (again).
