This evening saw a celebration of Burngreave’s new
Recycling Information Bureau and online database.

A derelict shop at 127 Spital Hill, Burngreave, Sheffield has been transformed into a stylish, eco-friendly building housing Burngreave’s new Recycling Information Bureau.

At the official launch tonight there was a demonstation of the online database - www.recyclingmatters.org.uk which contains a databse of places in sheffield which can recycle everything from Aluminium to wooden pallets. The site also contains a wealth of useful information on recycling.

The Bureau, which contains many fascinating fittings made from recycled materials, was packed with local people tonight as Rhythms of Resistance Sheffield drew the attention of passes by.
