cole xxx | 03.10.2004 13:15 | Animal Liberation | Repression

ANDREW DAVIES, or Andy to those of you who know him a young animal rights activistriday
was remanded in custody on Friday and given a one month custodial. Please show solidarity.

Andy was remanded in custody after a trial at Burton-upon-trent magistrates court on Friday. He has been given a one month custodial sentence and his address is:

ANDREW DAVIES NN5431
HMP BIRMINGHAM
WINSON GREEN ROAD
BIRMINGHAM
B18 4AS

Andy was arrested for standing and shouting outside a worker's house of Newchurch Guine Pig farm, where thousands of guinea pigs are bred for the disgusting vivisection industry.

No one, to my knowledge, as ever been improsined under this act and it came as a complete shock for Andy and everyone involved. He is a first time prisoner and is being used as an example due to the hysteria about the effective diract action grassroots animal rights movement.

Please show your support with cards, letters or anyhting to show you care. Cheques can also be made to The Governor, with andy's full name and number on the back.

Prisoner solidarity is so important, and you don't realise this until someone you love and care about goes down.

More information see www.vpsg.org the vegan prisoner support group, who have been excellent.

And www.liberation-now.org about Newchurch Guinea Pig Farm.

Thank you. Love and liberation,
