COCA-COLA: DESTROYING LIVES, LIVELIHOODS & COMMUNITIES
Coca-Cola is guilty of
Complicity in the murder and torture of trade union organizers in Colombia.
Creating water shortages, pollution and selling poisoned drinks in India.
JOIN US to hear from activists from Colombia and India about this KEY international campaign that assert the rights of workers, the rights of communities over natural resources and the right to live free of corporate terror.
Speakers include:
Edgar Paez, Director of International Affairs, SINALTRAINAL
SINALTRAINAL represents food and beverage industry workers in Colombia, and its leaders, workers and families have been subject to a gruesome cycle of murder, violence and torture in Coca-Cola bottling plants in Colombia.
Amit Srivastava, Director, India Resource Center
The India Resource Center is a bi-national (India-US) group which campaigns actively in the US and internationally on behalf of community struggles against Coca-Cola in India.
