BRENT Council appalling ways


Many residents in Brent North-West London are complaining about the Council not fulfilling their duty as regards of hygiene. The imposed wheelie bins are not too big, and much worst are not empty every week as it should be.
Understand it has already made the front page of newspapers in the past.
