Anti racist march in Swansea

Swansea Unite Against Racism has called a demonstration against the racist killing of an Iraqi Kurdish refugee Kalan Kawa Karim.Kalan was a disabled refugee who had fled Saddam's Iraq to seek safety in the UK.He was killed in what the police say was a racist assault in the centre of Swansea.Other racist assaults have also taken place in South Wales in the past few years and the synagogue has been daubed with nazi slogans.
The demonstration is being supported by local trade unions .The march will assemble at 11am outside the Guildhall [near the St Helens rugby ground ] at 11am on saturday the 9th October.It will finish at the Castle Square Gardens.Come along and bring banners etc.Please circulate this appeal as widely as possible!Oppose the racists!
