Aren't "coalition troops" supposed to be a proper army, not terrorists?

Shouldn't we expect them to behave better than terrorists, e.g. not shooting at women and children, not bombing civilian targets for revenge, not targeting ambulances, medics, and hospitals?

considering that women; and to an extent children; have been combatants alongside men in wars, uprisings, rebellions and armed struggle since hystory has been recorded (and almost certainly pre-hystory) can folk please refrain from referencing "women and children" as an interlinked endangered species worthy of especial respect. it upholds curious notions of fragility and purity that are quite abhorrent. i kind ov expect it from the UK independence party but not from those who participate in indymedia.
