Hopefully, for reasons of equality and power and democracy (& any other over used words you care to pick) it was announced at the last CM ride?!?

A preliminary meeting was announced on the CM Elist, to take place at the start of last month's Critical Mass on the South Bank. A meeting to arrange a meeting. Alas, hardly anyone turned up or seemed interested. Subsequently, the above meeting has been arranged, which hopefully will enable us to leaflet the next monthly CM with details of the special ride .

I don't know how else it could have been arranged.
