The brochure they gave me boasted of an alternative approach to property management that puts the landlord at the centre of their operation. It also stated that "our clients feel the services we have provided throughout has left them with peace of mind"


How 1 Stop Letting Didn't Work For Me
It is with regret that I found my experience of using 1 Stop Letting increased my stress levels throughout the tenancy. This feeling didn't ever go away and although the fiasco of the first few weeks of the tenancy improved, the general level of service was disorganised and without a good level of communication.
I became very frustrated and annoyed with 1 Stop Letting I found that I it would have been less stressful to have managed the property myself


Why I would Not Recommend 1 Stop Letting
If you are a landlord and have a house to rent out or a selection of houses to rent out in the Swansea area I would say you should look at one of the other letting agents and not 1 stop letting. 1 Stop letting promise the earth in their initial blurb when trying to get your business, but my experience does not show them to provide the service that they boast of. If you are someone looking for a house to rent in the Swansea area I would also recommend one of the other letting agents in the city as the tenants that I have in my house always complained of a shoddy service from 1 Stop Letting
