Countryside to Town' continues to sweep the country




12 events have taken place so far this week, with countryside stands being organised in Leeds, Peterborough, Swindon, Worcester, Stafford, Sheffield, Burton on Trent, Norwich, Pershore, Malvern, Kidderminster and Rugby. The response from the public has been very encouraging and supportive to our cause. All of the events have generated positive media interviews on local radio, TV and some great articles in the local press.

Feedback from event organisers has also been positive, with supporters being delighted to be actively campaigning and promoting the cause direct to the public, rather than preaching to the converted. One 'first-timer' who attended the Swindon event found it so worthwhile and rewarding that she plans to repeat the initiative and organise a stand in her local city centre.
