Free download of the film "Venezuela Bolivariana: People and Struggle of the Fourth World War", a documentary about the Bolivarian Revolution of Venezuela and its links to the world-wide movement against capitalist globalization.

Here in 7 downloadable segments is the film "Venezuela Bolivariana: People and Struggle of the Fourth World War", by Marcelo Andrade and the Calle Y Media Collective. 76 min., 2004, Spanish with English subtitles.

This documentary examines the Bolivarian Revolution of Venezuela and its links to the world-wide movement against capitalist globalization. The film shows the evolution of the popular movement in Venezuela from the "Caracazo" riots of 1989 to the massive actions that brought revolutionary president Hugo Chavez back to power, 48 hours after a U.S.-led military coup in 2002.

The main theme is how the Bolivarian Revolution, thanks to its incredible grassroots and networking power, is a revolution that transcends the national frontiers of Venezuela and contributes with concrete alternatives to the fight against neoliberal capitalism.

Playing Mpeg4 video files - problems

16.08.2004 16:46

Trying to view this video, followed all your help notes and links and have installed DivX 5.2 + player...the audio cannot play - get a message "This file contains unknown audio data: Tag 5376"
Looked this up in Google - some think this is the AAC codec, used in Apple Quicktime player. Installed that. Still no luck. Player hangs.

This is painfull!
At least give some recommendations for players and required codecs? Perhaps the other commenter here could state which player/codec he used to be able to say it works fine?

Any pointers anyone please....really want to view this imnportant movie....thanks....

Philip

news on otto

nicely done video, thanks to the contributors.

i was wondering if anyone knows what happened to otto neustald, the CNN reporter who was among those who taped the opposition speech on april 11 that revealed that the murders were premeditated. does he still work for CNN or did they find a way to get rid of him? of course, he should win awards for his commendable journalism, but somehow these stories don't usually end that way.
