i just received my 'preparing for emergencies' government booklet in the post.
looking at the backpage i was happy to see a free post address, so i filled in the request for zero booklets in loads of other languages, commenting that it was propoganda that i didn't want, then adorned the envelope with slogans like "the first act of a fascist government is to instill fear in its peaople - the second act is to bring in id cards (watch this space)" and of course adding the indymedia website address. sent the whole lot back 'freepost' to their address "preparing for emergencies, freepost cn2223, croydon, cr9 4wz" - perhaps some heavy objects could be sent freepost to them too? haha
then i came across this wonderful parody site www.preparingforemergencies.co.uk
please be inventive, and show them we don't believe or want this bullshit.
peace
