Street Robbers Run Hackney, Not The Fucking Police!

It appears that the Street Robbers run Hackney and not the authorities, while the police and their I supports (The Community Support Police Officers) continue to dishy out parking tickets to various drivers in the Stamford Hill area to those shopping at Netto's Supermarket in Stamford Hill, Youngsters of the ages of 10 and 11yrs are out mugging young mums with their children along the stretch of road leading down from Stamford Hill and along Clapton Common, also known as MURDER MILE due to the amount of shootings that have taken place there over the last couple of years.
What are the Metropolitan Police/Hackney Council/Paddington Churches Hoiusing Association Wardens and other agencies actually doing to kerb what is going on in this area?
The Summit Estate has a large infestation of rats and when residents phone in to report on this they are informed that P.C.H.A. and Hackney Council don't have any cash to deal with this problem, even though for the last few years Paddington Churches Housing Association have been rubbing our faces in it by distrubuting glossy leaflets around the area on how they for the third year running have collected the most rent in Hackney.
How comes P.C.H.A. collect the most rent yet we who live in the area they manage on behalf of Hackney Council don't get the most repairs done? How comes P.C.H.A. continue to pass the buck when it comes to sorting out the front of Summit Estate where the lawns are overgrown and are the responsibility of Highways and not the Hackney Parks Department where the rodent infestation is increasing every day.
How can you go to your Tenants and Residents Association to get anything done when it's led by a couple of middle class lease holding wankers who couldn't give a toss about tenants rights and to think that you really had an activist on the bloody estate who the council shit bricks from, but instead of backing the bloke up (Patrick McCrudden) at meetings where council managers attended you all went quiet and did nothing.
Only today a young mother was nearly mugged near the Summit Estate on Clapton Common leading up to Stamford Hill, she was on her way home when two afro carribean youngsters tried to snatch a bag which was hung over the handles of the buggy which had a six month old baby in it which was dragged along the pavement for ten yards or more, these youngsters had no thought that a six month old child could have been seriously hurt during their attempt to snatch a young womans bag, I actually witnessed the incident where the partner of the young woman got in the way of those trying to snatch the bag and had several items thrown at him including a broken chair leg and various masonary from the ground work taking place on that stretch of road.
The BNP have been able to jump onto this above subject inciting their racial hatred in the area due to both those responsible being from afro-caribbean backgrounds who attempterd to rob a young woman with her children in Clapton Common and who can blame them when you have the likes of Paul Marsh from Class War promoting stickers with the headings "ROB THE RICH" yet there is nothing about young vunerable women out shopping with their small children being mugged by a couple of kids that were dragged up rather than brought up.
Nothing seems to be happening on any of the issues above and no one seems to give a flying fuck about any of the problems connected to the area or the estate in question which has now gotten a large infestation problem and to put the icing on the cake we have a local church by Tower Court and Craven close estates more interested in how much profit can be made for allowing a mobile telephone company to install a large ariel at the spire of the church (The Church of the Good Shepherd) this church seems more interested in wealth than other peoples health so we need to set up a group to tackle all the issues above and anyone who wants to get involved should email phantomX2@hotmail.com so a meeting can be arranged.

The way to discourage robbery is for the police to be visible as a deterrant, but the police can't be everywhere all the time especially when 999 calls are flooding in and other factors like masses of paperwork thanks to PACE (which was a liberal assault on the police led by Maggie Thatcher's Conservative government of all people) and politically correct bullshit. An arrest takes an average of around 4hrs to process. Before PACE the police could get on with the job.
Another way to combat robberies is to be proactive and to use stop and search to target suspects. Trouble with that is the kind of people who post on this website and their friends in the media start whipping up hysteria about it being racist just because blacks are disproportionately stopped (disproportionate to their % of population, rather than their % of crimes committed - !!).
As a result the police have to pussy foot around young thugs who would have been given a good thumping years ago but now any such action would result in career ruin and probably jail time for any copper concerned.
And then people wonder why theres no safety or law and order anymore!

It is true to say that there are police officers who think its ok to smack a prisoner in the mouth/knee him in the bollocks or as in the case of Harry Stanley trigger happy cops with new toys to play with.
I personally witnessed an arrest taking place on Clapton Common/junction of Oldhill Street where the youth being arrested kept on stating that he was going to shoot those officers that had arrested him.
The facts are Hackney is run down and neglected, the Crack and Heroin dealers run our estates and make tenants lives a misery and there are those tenants living in fear on estates like Woodberry Down estate where there still are several crack houses running without fear of being busted and the word on the street is that these dealers are protected they have coppers in their pockets, paid to make sure that they're not raided and street wardens as their best buddies, so you and your collegues down the nick explain why this rumour on the street seems so believeable?
I've seen police officers and their police supports up at Stamford Hill, more interested in handing out parking tickets than taking on the issues that concern all of us in the community.
From Amhurst Park right through Stamford Hill and all the way down to the Lower Clapton Roundabout every night someone is either attacked or mugged and from Stamford Hill all the way down to Dalston the same thing is happening and if you ain't being attacked or robbed your being pestered by beggers who only want your hand outs to feed their crack/Heroin habits.
The only people who are getting police protection these days are the Yuppies moving in, especially those over on the old Gainsborough Studios near New North Road/Southgate Road or those residing behind the old Dalston Police Station in their fancy apartment block while the rest of Dalston is run down and neglected.
I witnessed a police officer pull over some drug dealing scum bag last Friday evening on Kingsland Road/Shorditch, he wasn't heavy handed, he was doing what he's paid for (Police Work).
The division between rich and poor is increasing, while the yuppies are moving in and buying up property to sell for profit, those who live on run down council estates have to suffer the activites of drug dealers/junkies/ a large rat infestation/anti social behaviour/street robbers/ burglars/ bogus callers and while we as tenants continue to pay rents for our homes on time we never recieve anything in return like repairs/security entry phones/doors all we get is the fucking crap coming out of managers mouths with them bullshitting us when they tell us that they don't have the money to do anything, but in the case of Paddington Churches Housing Association based up at Clock House, Stamford Hill who now manage all the estates this side of Hackney for Hackney Council they did have the cash to print out thousands of glossy leaflets three years running on how much rent they've collected.
If as Hackney Council suggest that they don't have the resources to do any repairs on council estates then where the fucking hell is the 60 million or so coming from for their bastard town halls face lift?
