Latest info as follows:
A. Suspected VBIED (m/cycle) along Jalalabad Road. Souter are dealing with it. Man arrested with 18kg of explosives. Further VBIED (Taxi), same area being checked. Also Apple cart found in same area with rockets inside.

B. Airport Road closed. No reason.
C. 2 or 3 suspect packages found near area of ISAF, who are currently dealing with the situation.
D. S Korean Embassy reported explosions last night. One rocket landed in Kabul Education College.
E. Roads around following buildings are currently closed: Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Public Works.
F. Congestion in and around Kabul (so what's new)
