Romania has protested to international organizations over the Bastroe canal project, saying it could damage the unique ecosystem in the delta, home to more than 280 bird species.

Well if it's "protected" by UNESCO you'll be able to call in a whole bunch of Massonic organisations to help.
Check the links between UNESCO / ROTARY CLUB / LIONS CLUB / CLUB UNESCO and lot's ot other MASSONIC
organisations. If the powers that be have decided that the Danube is going to get trashed then you can be sure that UNESCO are down with it.
The BBC (World) were showing a programme last month (JULY) that also went into the up and coming demise of the Danube, they put it down to EU directives. As the EU is expanding in that direction I guess the EU will be only two glad to help destroy the area ..
