A pro-Israel demonstrator was arrested last week after clashing with Palestinian supporters in Manchester town centre.
The 48-year-old man, from Prestwich, was involved in heated arguments with the anti-Israel demonstrators outside the Marks and Spencers store last Saturday.
He was taken to the local police station but released without charge.
One member of the pro-Israel group told Jewish News he was “fed up” with the regular anti-Israel protests in the city held most weekends for the last three years.
