Come on down to the Abbyfield Park Multicultural Festival, which kicked off today at 1pm and runs through until 8pm. For those of you thinking of coming down, there's music from the main stage and sound systems, dance, sports, arts, workshops, food and a wide variety of stalls. Already I have spotted Burngreave Community Action Trust, Sure Start, Green City Action, Sheffield Indymedia, Palestinian Solidarity Campaign, Chilean Solidarity Campaign,and even Green Top Circus! There are also numerous local traders and I've already sampled loads of scrummy food and drank loads of coffee! You can also learn about recycling, composting and wind and solar power... and it looks like the weather may just be kind to us!
