Thugs attack M & S picket

Saturdays (3 July) Picket of Marks&Spencer here in Manchester was attacked by an organised group of at least seven Zionist thugs.
They assaulted some of the Picketers grabbing leaflets out of their hands, attempted to turn over the Campaign stall and destroyed some of our placards. The attack lasted for over quarter of an hour before the police decided to arrive, in stark contrast to when Zionists make complaints against the Picket and the police arrive within minutes to harass us.
This was an organised attempt to smash up the Picket and intimidate us from carrying on. They will not succeed but we need support from everyone who supports the struggle of the Palestinians and who supports the right to demonstrate.
The weekly Saturday Pickets of M&S are the only consistent events in support of the Palestinian peoples struggle and it is because they are consistent that they are under such attack.
The Picket needs YOUR support this coming Saturday, don't let Zionist thugs drive us off the streets.

If you are unsure about joining the actual Picket but want to defend our democratic right to protest then you can act as a legal observer, not joining the Picket but taking notes about any incident you observe.
Please contact,  Victory_Intifada@hotmail.com and/or 07816547066 to let us know if you will be able to support the Picket this week or if you need more info.
Bob
Please forward to your lists.

I haven't bought anything from Marks and Spencers for a long while now, due to your campaign. Althought their bacon sandwiches are quite nice, I refuse to give them any of my money.

Keep on campaigning.

''Zionist thugs'' who the feck is monitoring this stuff, i mean all you need to do is ask em to rewrite it, or you could just reject it if you wanted.

And what the feck your doing even shopping at marks and spencers just baffles me, i mean the poplace is an overpriced shithole anyways.

So, Class Struggle...where do you get your clothes or food then? Im not having a go, but genuinly interested when people berate others for their choices. Offer me a better one mate...

To the rest above...bloody well done people, keep up the pressure!

One question bout the original post...when calling them zionist thugs, got any proof of why you know theyre zionist believers and not just any group of louts, racists or anything else?? How do you know?

Anyway, keep going ya doing great!!

Cheers.

I denounce you all!

All food is currently produced under capitalism. Therefore true and morally consistent activists have already starved to death. Hence you are all sell-out scum.

purity is strength

very expensive place to buy lunch

i think the post from Class Struggle was mainly referring to how expensive M+$ stuff is.

There once was a time when their clothing (whatever you think of it) was produced in the UK by people slightly less shite money than the far eastern laborers who are producing M+$ stuff now - so the ethics of it are not entirely black-and-white.

'purity is strength' - quite a few people significantly contribute to their food needs on their own allotments.
