Although I do think that as I agree with you message already I'm not exactly your target audience. I assume you wanna try and change the thinking of others who don't currently agree or give much thought to the matter of Iraq.
Trying to get the balance between a couple of beautiful boards, (easy for the company to destroy - but higher impact on each viewer) and quickly doing the whole area (maximizing exposure and company costs) is difficult. If it's too quick and dirty you run the risk of the viewers missing the point and just seeing it as vandalism, people are much more receptive when they feel that the board i.e. their environment has been improved. The vandalism label is particularly dangerous coz as the amount of attacks on boards rises then the companies will become more and more aggressive towards us, the only way to protect us against such legal attacks will be public opinion.

That said - The washing powder was nice coz the harsh dirty black graffiti contrasted so well with the whiter than white of the washing powder imagery.
