Questions that are raised:
Is there any justification for the death penalty?
Can people gain justice in the Islamic Republic of Iran?
Why exert pressure on Iran for executions when the USA executes as well?
Is there any difference for political prisoners under today’s so-called Reformists in Iran?
What’s the story behind the arrest and release of 8 British servicemen in the past week?
Is their speedy release a result of UK government’s policy of engagement as some in the media say?
What is the best policy towards the Islamic Republic of Iran by Western governments – economic sanctions or political boycott?
Some Islamists say Islamophobia and Arabophobia are part of western culture or a result of Christian rivalry with Islam; are they?
Are Islamic values compatible with western values or human rights as the Islamists say or are they based on Christian values as some others say?
Where do progressive and humane values come from if not from religion?
Is Islamophobia good or bad?
