is showing in the newswire (and indeed it was there on Oxford at least).

But it isn’t there now.

It refers to another posting which includes a great deal of explaining by Spanner and other Indymedia types, and valuable recommendations for all contributors to read.
Why has it disappeared, unofficially and without explanation ?
Hiding all this doesn’t do anybody any good.
