Corporate Cannabis - The Big Question

Why does so much energy go into calls/marches etc for 'legalising' cannabis? Surely what legitimate spliff smokers should be agitating for is legalising homegrown?
Otherwise, what will happen? The corporates will step into the market (just as they were preparing to do in the sixties); and just as with tobacco, your average spliff will cost a fortune and be filled with totally toxic chemicals. In the meantime, the corporates will make a killing (I am sure they are totally behind the movement as it stands at the moment).
Funnily enough, official government policy has already moved towards increasingly penalising small time, personal-use growers, a situation someone on the government's own advisory board described a year ago as 'incomprehensible' - all it does is pave the way for big time dealers. Replace that with 'corporations' and you'll be looking at the future...
LEGALISE HOMEGROWN! FREE THE PEOPLE!

( driving licence ID!!!)- fuck you too you greedy liberal bastards - are you undercover pigs?
Grow it yourself. Club in. Give it away or at cost. Fuck the dealers. Fuck large scale production. Don't fund your local gangsters they are not romantic ( screw the fascist S. London Adams lot as well) - they are just as shit as the mainstream gangsters ie. the politicians, bankers, corporates etc.
Anyway, there's more important stuff to deal with - food systems production for example.
