Full sovereignty in Iraq means:
1)...Cancelation of all contracts and Haliburton deals arranged by the occupiers.
2)...Iraqi control over all foreign fighters (ie..US and UK troops)
3)...Firm date for elections with PR system.
4)...Binding withdrawl date for all foreign fighters.
If the above 4 are not included in the UN resolution then is is a con.
Phoney and Sheinwald are trying to get the UN to agree to a sham.
If France, Germany and the rest do not get a proper, full and binding UN resolution then we will have years of carnage in Iraq.
Cheney and Phoney are trying to get a watered down UN resolution and say they want to negotiate everything afterwards with their puppets.
No chance.
Everyone knows that Phoney and Cheney are not to be trusted.
What happens now at the UN will determine the shape of the 21st century.
