Report on Critical Massive 28/5/04

Around 500 cyclists took part in last nights critical Mass. The ride set off at 7.00pm and went to Blackfriars Bridge where people paid their respect to the cyclist, Vicki McCreedy who was killed there by a Bus on May 10, see www.citycyclists.org.uk for more details.
The ride went well apart from a few incidents, one involving a cyclist being knocked over by a motorbike, the motorcyclist was stopped by the mass and the police dealt with he matter, the cyclist seemed O.k. The mass continued visiting Buckingham palace, parliament square and downing street.

See:  http://www.enrager.net/hosted/cmlondon/ for more info.

If anyone has photos could they mail them to me?/

Hi,
I'm a friend from Vic's from Aus. Would love to have been there to stop the traffic with you everyone last Friday. She was a special friend to many people and her loss is being deeply felt. If we can help any campaigns long distance let us know because I'm pissed off when I read someone from TfL offering condolences. Its so inadequate.
