And you didn't realise that these people were Nazis?
(1) Ashcroft has stated that the death penalty is a possible maximum sentence for the alleged "crimes" of Hamza.
(2) The previous failure of extradition attempts due to a LACK OF SUFFICIENT EVIDENCE. The American's have a poor track record on human rights and often fail to produces ANY REAL EVIDENCE of the alleged crimes.
(3) The only "evidence" you have been given is that of a man that the nazi USA have detained and probably tortured, deprived of sleep, tested drugs on, exposed to prosititues & dogs, humilated and generally given the "concentration camp" treatment to. If you think that this man might not have made up this "evidence" and the American's have "built up" a false case, then you are not fit to be PM.
(4) Following the comments by America's attorney general, it will be impossible for Hamza to get a fair trial in the USA. It is almost as bad as the Bush Monkey calling the INNOCENT, now free victims of the USA Nazi Camp in Cuba "bad men" before any trail.
