Dear All
Brian is in court tomorrow - Tuesday 18 May at 10am at Bow Street
Magistrates Court - please come along and support him if you can.
Also, it would be great if anyone could be at his patch on Parliament
Square while he is in court to help safeguard it. One or two will be
there but more is better.
More generally, Brian hasn't yet began to really put up his display
again as he is waiting for the police to come and see what they did!
His solicitor has requested an inquiry into the incident as well as made
a formal complaint. It will be an enormous job when he does decide to
do it so if anyone feels that they would be able to help with the
practicalities please keep in touch with me or Brian. It is a daunting
prospect for Brian.
The other area is which is could do with help is for people to stay with
him overnight or into the early hours as most incidents happen late at
night or early in the morning. He needs this time to sleep as he is
woken early in the morning. People to watch over things while he gets
some good rest would really be appreciated.
Below is a photo that Paul O'Hanlon took of the pile that was once
Brian's display.
More news after the court hearing.
Best wishes
Emma
