…all in the name of stability, prosperity, and democracy.

THAT is “LIBERTY.” That is “RECONSTRUCTION,” in the words and deeds of the contract-hungry profiteers in this “IRAQ PROCUREMENT: MEET THE BUYERS” event, in which their goal seems to be to Procure as much of Iraq as they possibly can….
