De Cymru Earth First!

We are a small group of activists, formed out of the Blackwood, South Wales anti- road protest. We are now looking to continue and expand in opposing the other major unnecessary road projects in Wales at the moment.
• We are forming to prevent the building and expansion of roads, which already devastate our countryside. This road building, especially of the Bypasses which prevent trade from entering towns and so devastate the local economy, yet do not reduce congestion merely give grants for road building to private companies to line their own pockets: no new jobs are brought to the area.
• The new road building is encouraging prolific use of cars in violation of government policies to reduce levels of pollution.
• We are completely opposed to the mindless and devastating destruction of our landscape, and of the continued rape of the planet by multinationals and the continued murder of our earth and precious habitats, which cause the deaths of animals, plants, trees, and is depletion of essential ecosystems as well as causing more damage to our atmosphere.
• We are opposed all abuse of our environment, of non-human animals, and of human-animals. We are a proactive group who actively campaign to prevent and who fight against all destruction of the environment.
