Should I conclude that I no longer have the ability to exercise my First Amendment rights due to the harassment against me by the US Government, which has included death threats, and stop publishing this website or do I continue to be badgered on a daily basis by the US Government? If the first clause of the previous sentence is unavoidable, then is it time to seek legal redress against the Government for violating my First Amendment rights? Should a person be faced with the choice between death and expression of his or her ideas?"

"I believe I have a very strong case supporting the claim that the US Government is violating my civil rights. My words are being altered, I've received numerous demands from the FBI to shut down my website "or else," and I have been physically assaulted by the US Government for exercising my Free Speech rights on the street.

If I decide to take on the US Government, it is my intention to subpoena the source code, the design documents and a physical instance of Carnivore in order to prove that the US Government is altering my website, in violation of my First Amendment rights."
