We have recieveded information that indicates that Bellway Plc could be about comence eviction proceedings next week (begining 29/03/04). This is despite their agreement with the council not to begin work on the junction prior the the agreed 30 day "safe period", during which an idependant survey will assess options to find an alternative which is less enviromentally damaging.
Any help at all would be appreciated in the forthcoming week. In the event of an eviction if you are not able to make it to site and want to help then please visit your nearest Bellway construction site and register your displeasure there.
