RE EVICTION- THIS IS LIKELY TO BE RELIABLE INFO FROM THE BAILIFFS
PLEASE GET DOWN THERE, HELP PEOPLE WHO HAVE NEVER BEEN IN AN EVICTION BEFORE THROUGH IT
dear all, god i feel so emotional!!! firstly i just want to say big up to all the lovely people who have come from near and far and got so involved with blackwood, from the local kids (bless them) to old mates and new blatting down, getting motivated and hypothermic (!) together, all the effort and energy put into making defences, just keeping the camp doing, all the legal blah,, putting themselves in danger, eating leaf- filled veggie slop (heh heh) and all the webmounted photos and weblinks and callouts- goddam it just DOING IT, you know what i mean!!
its been a privelege to be involved with this, and to get to take action with such amazing people.
am trying not to get tearful, having promised myself back at the start of this that i wouldnt get emotionally attached to the place cos it is so gutting when places you love get trashed, but fucks sake, seeing these beautiful ancient trees come crashing down, its really really hurting badly. i guess some time last week i realised that we have probably lost most of the trees, this is developing into a war of attrition, unless some lovely lawyer comes forward and gets in touch with the camp- AN INJUNCTION STOPPING ALL WORK(BASED ON COSTAINS ILLGAL ACTIVITY RE HABITAT TRASHING UP AT THE SITE) COULD STILL SAVE THE WOODS AND THE LAND.
but still, there are beautiful trees still to be defended, lovely habitat areas, we are not giving up without a fight, as a small child said a couple of days ago, "they are the baddies, we have to fight and block"
plus, all we have to do if the camps get evicted is move them onto the privately owned land and we can keep on annoying them- don't think we should just pack up with our tails between our legs just cos we get evicted. thats when the war of attrition starts for
real...

ok guys im 15 years old im in my final year of school it BREAKS MY HEART because i cant be up camp and i hear the metal monstors chewin away at wood thats older the blackwood WE NEED HELP theres not enough people up there showin these capitalist bastards wat the "GOD DAMN HIPPIES" are made of do it for your children or would be children they need2have the memories of playin tag in between the trees and makin their own tree swings and houses....
