ESF = no upper class = no support.

People in countries of Continental-Europe are surprised. According to the last meeting in London Information is going around that the Council of London will support far less to the ESF than Councils in Florence or Paris. Even - up to now - the Council of London did not confirm an amount, so maybe, the Council of London will give nothing !!!
Is this information correct ?
Following a translation from an interesting comment in a Continental web site to such "supporting".
ESF = no upper class = no supporting.
It sounds unbelievable, however the Council of London (the Labour-party has the majority) and the Mayor Ken Livingstone (epithet "Red Ken" ???) will support ESF far less than Florence or Paris, maybe, even give nothing.
As it seems, maybe, the motto "a better world is possible" seems dubious to these people. They may be satisfied with their nice living and therefore they fear changes (another, a better world means changes).
