Not quite the same as the one proposed

Also there is a list of resolutions passed
 http://www.stopwar.org.uk/article.asp?id=280204

It is disappointing that no resolutions seem to have been passed supporting actions at the bases. On the 19th March is a blockade of Menwith Hill in Yorkshire and it is not even mentioned on the STW site.Is this because the organisers have not submitted it.
There is lots of info about Menwith Hill spy base.
BLOCK THE BASE! Menwith Hill - Friday March 19th - Non-violent Blockade and demonstration

Yorkshire CND site is better than the National CND site with loads of links.
Congratulations to them.
This should be a top priority for those who are able to get.
There is free accomodation and veggie food and training offewred
It is windy and cold up there, come on southerners brave the north for once.

The reason they wont support the menwith blockade is cos they are full of SWP people who only support marches and petitions and wreck everyone elses actions.

Because it wasn't brought up

There wasn't a motion brought to say support such and such a protest at menwith hill, so it's your own bloody fault. All you had to do was bring the motion from any organisation or local group of Stop the War that's affiliated!

no need to be abusive

What this shows is that STW is only one of a number of groups campaigning against war.
If you can get to Menwith Hill then do.If you can get to London on 20 March then do that.
It is a pity that noone brought it up at the STW conference.I am not a member like most of the million who turned out last february and who will be turning out on March 20.
No need to be arrogant or swear.

Suggestion

Why not contact StWC and ask them to publicise the Menwith Hill protest first, rather than throwing around misinformed allegations? The StWC website had all the details of protests at the bases last year during the Iraq war, despite the fact that some of them clashed with StWC events.

It is Blair and the Bush who are our enemies, not each other.
