Control How ?

How do you suggest we "control" the arms trade ?

Will there be a list of acceptable countries industry can sell to ?
If we stop all production of arms in the UK how will we equip our armed services ?
If we maintain a non export arms production industry how do we reconcile that will EU rules about the single market ?
If industry is not allowed to export the cost of home produced weapon systems will rise, how do we fund the extra costs ?
How will we deal with the hundreds of thousands of unemployed who work in the defence industry ?
What is classified as Arms ? If Land Rover sell a 4x4 to me as a Farmer is that OK but if they sell it to the MoD is that banned ? What if thay sell it to a government who then pass it to their Army is that OK ?
How do you stop major defence companies simply moving their production overseas ?

Any answers ?

Dave
