THE MINISTRY OF TRUTH IS ON THE STREET - THIS TIME IT'S SERIOUS

Wearing dark suits, dark glasses, and wired to headquarters, the Ministry hits the streets. Any 'citizen' of Manchester can be asked to produce ID at any time. Room 101 will be waiting.

If people in Manchester lose this appeal, then next time you have something to say via leaflets, stalls, whatever, you may well need a license from Manchester City Council to say it.

Its Marks and Spencer who put the pressure on for the council to proscecute a peaceful picket.

The council have a campaign - 100 days to clean up Manchester.
