POLICE CHIEF ORCHESTRATES CRIME

PENNSAUKEN TOWNSHIP,NEW JERSEY POLICE CHIEF JOHN COFFEY IS ACTIVELY ENGAGED IN ORGANIZED CORRUPTION WITH VARIOUS OFFICERS WITHIN HIS DEPARTMENT

As I've stated previously and will continue to state:John Coffey,Chief of Police of The Pennsauken Township,New Jersey Police Department actively condones, supports, encourages and promotes criminal activities by various officers.I defy anyone most especially Coffey,to prove me wrong.

That fact is that Coffey would hope that I just give up.The Pennsauken Township,New Jersey Police Department have a history and a reputation of criminal activities that have yet to be investigated by either local or state prosecutors. In fact The Office of The Camden County Prosecutor in Camden City,New Jersey have records of personal accounts of individuals who have been targeted and victimized and refuse to do anything. They have proven themselves to be totally inept and willing to cover up crimes committed by police. One of their employees I've dealt with,Lynn Dickey, has been actively involved in both covering up the crimes committed by specific police officers and attempting to have me give up in my attempts to have justice done.

Lynn Dickey maintains that there was indeed an investigation of the Pennsauken Township,New Jersey Police Department, yet, aside from a letter stating that there was one, there is no evidence that one was ever conducted.Dickey even became indignant last year(2003) when I asked to see a copy of the supposed investigation and to have detail on how it was done. She was the one who had made public that an investigation had taken place,so there should be no problem with releasing the results. My experiences are just one example of how The Office of The Camden County Prosecutor deliberately treads on the rights of individuals and disuades those who have legitimate complaints against police from ever persuing them.

The crimes that have been committed by the Pennsauken Township,New Jersey Police Department that John Coffey is personally aware of include:harassment, attempted murder, kidnapping, collusion and extortion. There have been attempts by Coffey and other employees to marginalize both me and my complaints but there are too many individuas with similar stories to mine which makes their attempts difficult.

At this point,it will not be possible to give up until this situation is resolved.I've put to much time, resources and energy into seeing that justice is done to be stone-walled by police or prosecutors who have continually underestimated my will and resolve.
