They want my fingerprints (by Latuff)

Visitors traveling to the United States from more than 150 countries are now required to submit to photographing and fingerprinting, while others from mostly European countries are not.
The new U.S. regulations went into effect Monday, allowing instant checks on an immigrant's or visitor's criminal background.
In response, a Brazilian judge ordered that all U.S. citizens be fingerprinted and photographed upon entering Brazil. The change has forced many American citizens to wait for hours at Brazilian airports.

... I mean, you can't be objecting to Latuff's support of indigenous peoples rights and their land claims? Is it his support for grass roots movements attempting to forge new economic realities following 'structural adjustments ' by the WTO/IMF/World bank?
... Is it, perhaps his stand on the abuse of genetic engineering and it's effects of third world farmers?
..Oh wait, I know you're calling hima nazi - so therefore you must object to his continual support for Palestinians and their land rights!
Because to support anything or anyone against the direct and expressed interest of a small minority of zionist extremists makes one a nazi right?
It's a small minded idea - the notion that to oppose anything israeli is the same as supporting mass murderer Sharon ...er, I mean Hitler - writen large in crayon (metaphorically). Lets leave it to those with small minds.

Latuff has made some errors of judgement in the past, but to dismiss fingerprinting as 'not inconvenient' is either childishly naive or an outright lie.
Havign said that, the response by the Brazilian judge won't have much effect. Most semi-literate Yankees don't travel anyway, and the US citizens who do travel will either be business travellers who will not be at all inconvenienced by all this, or politically aware people who won't be put off despite being inconvienced.
