President Bush explained why other nations will be barred from getting the contracts to rebuild the mess we made
>The taxpayers
The people who are forced to pay for my wars
>understand
will hopefully buy this crap
>why it makes sense for countries that risk lives
why the same country whose citizens die for Halliburton profits, and so that more Republicans could be elected in the midterm elections
>to participate in the contracts in Iraq
to be the same countries as the one which granted charters for the corporations which Cheney and me like to work with.
>It's very simple.
I mean, it doens't confuse me at all. I just read what it says on these cue sheets.
>Our people risk their lives.
I send people to kill people and often get killed themselves.
>Coalition, friendly coalition folks risk their lives
people from compliant countries whose leaders sent to die and kill
> and, therefore, the contracting is going to reflect that.
I mean, not all bribery and corruption has to be a secret does it?
