For anyone that missed it last time round, the play charts the battle between the the various elements of A-Spire and the authorities over a deserted building and A-Spire's aim to create a "Liberated Zone – free of authority and oppression". Whilst the hippies, ravers, stoners, political activists and even Taoists are arguing over more trvial matters, Chief Inspector Pringle and his cohorts are already planning their raid. Audiences are expected to bring beer, donations and a sense of humour.
