Meadowhall Centre in Sheffield was visited on Saturday (Buy Nothing Day) by a number of people who just wanted to have a good time in this pleasant community area.

Last Saturday a number of Sheffield folk decided to catch the tram and have a good day out down at Meadowhall, that pleasant indoor community area near Sheffield. We had heard it was a good place for a snack and to enjoy oneself in innocent pastimes. We don't understand why we were forcably ejected by the thought police.

Cool but the pics are very slow to download for those of us still using dial up conncections maybe you could shrink them down a bit next time.

Also it would be nice to know more about what happened there. What were the sewing kits for etc. What was said, any cops? how many, security reactions etc.
