It seems the new conference centre at Folkestone's Leas Cliff Hall is to host the
south east(neo)Labour Party's Spring conference on April 17 & 18 next year.

It is rumoured that Blair or Brown will address the conference which will be held
in the constituancy of new Tory leader Michael Howard.
