BUSH: EVERYONE WEAR BLACK?

IT IS A BLACK DAY. WE CAN DEMONSTRATE THIS...

When people come to London to visit Mr Bush, in memory of all the people his government have killed, in memory of all the people state terrorism has killed, and is still killing, in protest and anger and solidarity, it might be a good idea if we all wore black? (Apart from the pink & silver, of course.) As a statement thousands of people wearing the dignified colour of mourning and witness might be a powerful one. If you think so too, spread this idea around.

I understand your sentiments but activists always always seem to be in black whether it's animal rights or stop the war, etc. I think we need to brake away from it to show that we are normal members of the public not uniformed. I think diversity is much more inspiring.

Well not to be rude richie but i am a normal person who marched against bush & has never marched otherwise & i am going to wear black in memory of the misery & sadness our governments have caused ...i think it is a good idea...let's face it we are mainly wearing shades of grey & brown anyhow in the uk in winter...i love pink & silver too tho am too 'normal' to wear them.

Black armbands have already been suggested and seem like a better alternative, allowing for diversity and mourning. Also, black bands on all the trees, lamp posts, parking meters etc.. So get out there. Paint London black.
Make it so visible, it can't be ignored.

I won't be in any black bloc, but I'd love to see one there! Pink/Silver/Black/Red/Green - lets fuckin dazzle the president with our styles and get him out of here!
