I came accross the website,  http://thankyoutony.com/ as the result of an advertised link on the foxnews site. A typical message on the site reads:


Dear Prime Minister Blair:

We want to thank you for your steadfast support of our country during the War on Terror and Operation Enduring Freedom. My husband's cousin is a 21-year old Marine serving in Iraq. We have prayed daily for his safety, and for the safety of all of the Coalition forces.

We greatly appreciate the service of U.K. forces during this war, and we applaud their bravery. Americans are very aware that it has not always been easy for you to stand with us, as you have faced great opposition at home. Your courage has not gone unnoticed.

You have our undying gratitude for your support of President Bush and the War on Terror. Because of you and President Bush, our world will be a safer place for our children. May God bless you and your people.
