Sunday 16th Nov 12pm – Bush Protest in Aylesbury

A different protest venue and a gentle warm up for the Bush visit.

Aylesbury Vale Friends of the Earth are planning to topple a Bush statue in Aylesbury Market Square to protest against the dumping of Kyoto. If you fancy a new protest venue and would like to raise the profile of environmental issues in Buckinghamshire your support would be welcome. Will hopefully be a gentle warm up to a week of protest. Hope this doesn’t clash with any other events.

280 bus leaves Oxford station at 10am, goes via Headington to Aylesbury arrives 11.20. Protest will probably be somewhere in the Market square, but if you arrive early try the Quaker meeting house at 9 Pickfords Hill.
