New York, Nov 1, 2003

Scottish author John Ward makes name for himself in America.

Inverness resident John Ward has just completed a three week author tour to seven US states, ending in California, to promote his new fantasy novel The Secret of the Alchemist (part one of The Fate of the Stone trilogy)

His novel has already been translated into French and is presently on the bestseller list, with other translations signed or in the works.

Is he the next J.K. Rowling?
